Smart Driving Card

 

In order to safeguard the lawful rights and interests of the customers applying for the card and indentify customers' information, the companies and individuals who apply for this card should respectively provide the following information:
 

For Companies and Fleet Customers:

       1、 Copy of business license, affixed with the official seal;
       2、 Copy of the ID card of handler, affixed with the official seal;
       3、 Copy of tax registration certificate, copy of the qualification of general taxpayer, and invoicing information affixed with official seal, if a VAT special invoice is required;
       4、 Fill in the application form for opening an account;
       5、 Sign the refueling contract.

For Individual Customers:

       1、 Copy of ID card or driving license;

       2、 Fill in the application form for opening an account.

Gift Card

 

1、Purchase conditions: For purchasing a Gift Card valued more than RMB1,000 (inclusive) in one time, the card purchaser and its agent should present valid identification card and their names or the name of unit, valid identification number and contact information should be recorded. An unit who purchases Gift Card valued more than RMB5,000 (inclusive) or an individual who purchases Gift Card valued more than RMB 50,000 in one time should make the payment through bank transfer instead of cash. Our company or the fuel station will record the names of rolled-in and out accounts, the account number, the sum, etc. on the basis of a deal.
2、Pre-paid amount of each card: The spending limit of each Gift Card does not exceed RMB1,000.
3、Refund and validity conditions: The Gift Card cannot be refunded, and its valid period is 3 years.
