The Smart Driving Card adopts advanced IC chip technology and secret key system to protect the private information of customers. The function of password setting is available. The resetting or freezing of the password of master account can only be realized according to the relevant evidences of the company, thus avoiding the accidental loss due to the loss of card. Once the state of master account is abnormal, the customer service staff will notify the key account manager in the first time to avoid losses.

3、Modern Management System

We provide multiple management tools to key customers. Besides the password input, customers need to sign on the note produced by swiping the card, dually guaranteeing the safety and authenticity of each deal. Customers can define the oil consumption category, consumption time, fuel station and non-oil category, and any consumption out of such scope will be unavailable. Meanwhile, key customers can comprehensively query the real-time information, such as account information, consumption details, recharging details, summary of institutional data, etc.

4、Card Type

Customers can select different types of cards according to their demands, and will thus benefit from different discount rates. The level of discount will be determined in signing the card application agreement.

5、Comprehensive Service

Customers can open an account, consume, recharge, and query balance at the fuel stations designated by Total-Sinochem. Total-Sinochem can provide billing details at a fixed time upon the request of customers and provide the services such as refueling card business consultation, card loss report, card activation, business change reminding, fuel station information query, query of the information of the latest activities, etc.

6、Operation Guide

(1) Handling of smart driving card:Providing the appropriate information of an unit or an individual according to "How to apply" to open an account and timely recharging, then you can activate the card. Fleet information is needed for activating a card. About three working days after the responsible person of fuel station submits the application to the company for approval and makes the card, a pre-paid card can be obtained, and then the card can be activated.
(2) Recharging of smart driving card: For the recharge value of less than RMB 5,000/d, you can recharge in a fuel station at any time; for the recharge value of above RMB 5,000/d, please recharge in a fuel station between 9:00-17:00 in working days. If the card is recharged by the bank transfer, Total-Sinochem will notify customers to consume after the successful transfer. If the card is recharged by the check, the card will be successfully recharged and can be used for consumption if no problem is raised by the finance department after three working days.
(3) Customer consumption: Customers are expected to properly keep the note after the consumption with the card; and they can query the details or reverse and adjust relevant data with consumption note if they have any question.
(4) Master account management: Customers can raise the request of distributing the balance of the master account and submit distribution details, i.e., the amount distributed to each card. Customers can submit the application for the change of the master account information according to actual situation and the change will be made within about one working day. Customers can change the state of the card, such as vehicle plate number, spending limit, name of driver, etc. or conduct such operations as loss report, cancellation of loss report, freezing, cancellation of freezing, etc.
(5) Switching of the balance of master account: Customers can switch the balance in the master account. Once card is damaged or lost, customers can submit the application for change of a card, and the original card will be frozen and its balance will be carried into the new card for further use.
(6) Application for preference: Customers can request the discount according to the actual situation. The examination and approval conducted by the Total-Sinochem will be completed within about three working days.
(7) Refunding and cancellation of master account: The unit or individual should provide valid certificates and after being examined and approved by the Total-Sinochem, Total-Sinochem will refund money to the customers. This may need about 20 working days.
